SOS CREATIVITY Erasmus + IWS Multiplier Events - Beyond expectations
IWS with its associate partners network (ICTs no- profit NGOs and community centre for elderly) organized 5 Multiplier Event in Málaga (Spain) to maximize the impact and visibility of the project and its results, between June 2022 and February 2023.
In total more than 65 attendees were reached, out of the 20 approved in the original form and ME plan approved.
The great success of this outperforming lies on the word of mouth among participants attending the activities of the Senior Centre “Centro Social Puerta Blanca” in Málaga.
For example, on 7th June 2022, IWS organized the first SOS CREATIVITY Multiplier Event, arranged all logistics and chose the most appropriate media format to make the most of this event and boost the dissemination of all project deliverables.
Participants were amazed by all the free resources and the project itself that asked for other Multiplier Events.
The direct target of the events were ate digital adults interested in culture and creativity resources, disadvantaged adults facing economic, social, educational and geographical disparities. IWS also invited culture operators and trainers, elderly care assistants, Adult Education Training operators, stakeholders and local / regional / international representatives.
To engage audience, previous targeted-dissemination took place and the gamification methodology was applied. Practical activity with the digital activity book followed as the event also contributed to generating trust among the participants, enhance networks and promoting Erasmus+ among citizens and generations providing a sense of social Inclusion.
Participants showed interest in the Digital Activity book, designed to simulate real-time cyber-attack attempts in everyday situations when making online payments, detecting fake news, smishing attempts via sms and phishing via email.
The events, organized in detailed, contributed to generate trust among the participants, enhance networks and promoting Erasmus+ among citizens and generations providing a sense of social inclusion to seniors.
